This easy crochet stitch that I call Cool Santa Stitch can be used for your Christmas projects such as granny stitch blankets, textured afghans, festive scarves and novelty neck ties. The stitch is easy and simple because it includes a granny stitch, bobbles, single and double crochet.
This easy tartan crochet pocket shawl includes a video tutorial and uses only 3 stitches to create the plaid / tartan stitch; the single, double & front post treble stitches. Use my tartan stitch to create rectangular shawls, wraps, crochet blankets, afghans, throws & scarves! This shawl is super cozy as it folds softly around your neck to create an (optional) thick collar. It’s also wide, thick but still not too heavy and has deep pockets that cover your wrists to keep them toasty. The wrong side looks really pretty, too.
